If you receive a confirmation with a previously booked clients name you have entered an unregistered email address. If you haven't registered with us already, go ahead and do so. If you are already registered, you will just need to use that address in the future. Our system tracks all clients and Travel Agent bookings via the email address entered. To correct the name, you have 2 options. You can either update the name on the confirmation yourself, when you go to forward the confirmation to the client and we can make a note on our end of what the guest actual names will be, should you contact our guest experience team. If you choose this option, you will also need to request for the guest to be manually added to your list of clients and the booking be associated to you for commission. Or, you can contact Guest experience, cancel the booking, and re-book correctly.
