If you receive a confirmation with a previously booked client's name, you have entered an unregistered email address when booking. If you haven't registered with us already, go ahead and do so here.
If you are already registered, you will just need to use that address in the future. Our system tracks all clients and Travel Advisor bookings via the email address entered.
To correct this, please send an email to email@example.com so we can update the bookings to reflect the correct client.
