    On October 2nd I purchased the Notre Dame home tour. After arriving early and waiting nearly 30 minutes, I was kicked out of the zoom call and never got to join the tour. I have been calling nearly every day for three weeks, emailed multiple times, and have heard nothing back. I am honestly quite annoyed at this point and really just want that refund. It's pretty ridiculous I have to go through this. Please issue me a refund as soon as possible and start answering your phones.

    I have been trying since May 7, 2022 to cancel a tour. When you call them you get a recording saying they will call you back within 24 hours - never happens.  When you email them you receive a generated case # stating they will get back with you - never happens! 

    I want to cancel a tour scheduled for June 18, 2022.  The policy allows cancellation within 24 hours of tour yet I have been trying for 5 weeks.  All you get is a case # with no acknowledgment of the cancellation.  My credit card is escalating this to their fraud division.

    YOU DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS NOR DO YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE OR RETURN CALLS.   PERHAPS THIS IS A FRAUD TOUR COMPANY

    My husband and I had a tour on June 9th. We were sent a text message at 10:30 PM the night before saying half the tour would be canceled, and we would be refunded for the parts we would be missing. The tour guide confirmed this that morning. It is now June 20th, and I have no refund, and sent a message to your provided email and was told it could take up to 28 days to receive a response? That is NOT acceptable! I will be reporting this to my credit card company!
